Appropriately named after the mythological Greek Goddess of Youth “Hebe” is often used as an ornamental plant marvelled for its lovely spiked, inflorescence shaped flower petals and large array of variety choice.
It is a shrub often used for borders, as hedging, ornamental pots & low height garden spaces in need of a visual point of focus that doesn’t take too much room whilst simultaneously giving off a spacious feel.
Hebes are an Evergreen plant and therefore will retain their leaves for most (if not all) of the year, they can survive in most soil types and are easy to propagate from seed & cuttings and are very easy to care for.
