UK Royal Mail Delivery:

All of our Shop items can be sent via Royal mail,

Extra boxes for delivery are available on the Store Page which includes postage.

Costs are dependent on size & weight of your parcel.

Local Collection:

Collect your items for FREE from Boggle Hole in the Victoria Center in Harrogate on a Monday or Friday

(please provide 2-5 days advance notice depending on current stock availability)

Local Delivery:

Local delivery is available in Harrogate & Knaresborough during the weekend, if you aren't at home during your delivery time slot we will leave your items in a safe place or with a neighbor.

All Deliveries are driven by the company over the weekend, we offer a local delivery service for £5 per small car load or you can hire a van externally and arrange a suitable pickup with us if you have a larger order.

Delivery & Return Policy​

 

We have a 2 week return policy, item postage is to be paid/ returned by the customer in its original state within 14 days of your original delivery date. Read our Terms & Conditions for more details.

We reserve the right to refuse service to any individual or company without any prior notice, in this case any funds transferred to us will be fully refunded within 24 hours.
